At GOI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
